We retain all rights to our frameworks, systems, and internal processes used to create those deliverables.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and expect the same in return.

6. Portfolio Use

We may showcase non-sensitive work (creative samples, results, case studies) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Third-Party Platforms

We use platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI tools.
We are not responsible for outages, bans, policy changes, or errors caused by these platforms.

8. No Guarantees

Marketing performance can vary.
We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or ROAS.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Cancellation

Either party may cancel ongoing work with written notice.
No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work.
